How does LA Couch Co. compare to other cloud couch brands?

Along with our slightly oversized cushions and competitive prices, we also offer a storage compartment in every ottoman!

Do the seat cushions require constant fluffing and what are they made of?

NO! We are very proud of the design of our cushions for this reason.

So many of our cloud couch competitors neglect the cushion design and the #1 complaint that most cloud couch owners have is the constant fluffing and maintenance needed to keep their couch looking beautiful and comfortable.

We have very thoughtfully designed our cushions to contain a memory foam blend - a blend between memory foam and high-density foam - so that they always bounce back and retain their shape after sitting. the top layer is premium down filling for extreme comfort, all secured in a very thick encasing.

This means you won’t need to worry about needing to constantly fluff them to try and make them look full. In fact, you'll never need to worry about them at all!

Can I purchase replacement cushions and covers?

Yes! We offer replacement covers for both seat and back cushions with very affordable rates! Contact us about them using our contact form below.

Can I add more pieces to my cloud couch in the future?

Of course! You can buy extra pieces in the future if you need or want to. There are 3 pieces that make up a cloud couch... The Corner pieces, the Armless (middle) pieces, and the Ottoman pieces. Our prices for the 3 different pieces are as follows:

Corner Pieces: $495

Armless Pieces: $395

Ottoman W/ Storage: $395

To place an order for any additional pieces:

2. Please provide us with your Order invoice or Order confirmation so we can confirm the correct fabric that you need.

3. We will send you an Invoice directly to your Email so that you can make the payment.

Then we will process your order and get your additional piece(s) shipped out to you and provide you with your tracking number.

What is your fabric made of?

Each of our fabric is made out of 100% polyester fiber. Our fabrics are 100% free of harsh chemicals, durable, and easy to maintain.

Can I receive swatch samples before ordering?

Yes, we offer complimentary swatches in all colors for you to review in your home. See how our fabrics look with your unique lighting, paint, and decor to help with your decision-making process.

Our swatch booklets feature samples of all eight available colors in both the plush and ultra-plush fabric options that we offer, helping you to select the best choice for your needs.

Please note that although the swatches are free, they do not qualify for free shipping. The shipping cost is $3.99. To order yours, contact us using the contact form below!

Do the cushions slide around?

No, they do not! Our anti-slip seat cushions allow you to enjoy stability and comfort that stay perfectly in place.

How do I care for my new cloud couch?

Spot cleaning

We recommend spot cleaning stains with either an upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or a mild cleaning solvent. Frequent vacuuming to remove dust and grime is recommended

Machine Washable

All of our fabrics are machine washable. Just unzip and remove the covers and throw in the washer. Machine Wash - Cold. Use Cold Water and a mild detergent on a low/gentle cycle. Hang dry all covers. Please note that every machine wash adds wear to the fabric so it’s recommended to opt for spot cleaning prior to machine washing whenever possible.

Can I Scotchgard my covers?

Yes! Feel free to use Scotchgard to prevent stains. Please be sure to follow the instructions.

Are your fabrics Liquid-resistant & stain-resistant?

Yes! We have engineered liquid-resistant & stain-resistant fabrics, meaning that they have the ability to withstand & temporarily repel water-based liquids such as water, coffee, sodas, juices, sports hydration drinks, pet urine, and even wine. However, they are not waterproof or stainproof, meaning that if the spills are left unwiped or uncleaned, they are able to seep in and stain the fabrics.

The good news is all of our covers are removable & washable! This means that if spills stain the fabrics because they are not quickly wiped away, you can remove the covers & wash them in a washing machine under a cold/ delicate setting.

Is the Comfy Cloud Couch kid-friendly?

Our cloud couch is made with durability and practicality as a top priority.

They're safe for and a great option for families with young children for a many reasons: all materials are 100% free of harsh chemicals, our designs are upholstered with easy-to-clean fabrics and their strong frames and legs help keep your furniture safe when little ones are jumping around on them!

Additionally, every cushion and pillow can be removed, washed, or replaced if needed!

Does a storage compartment come standard with every ottoman?

Yes, this is something that separates us from our competition... All of our ottomans come with hidden storage compartments and there is NOT an extra charge for them, they come standard with every ottoman!

What is covered under the LA Couch Co. warranty?

We stand by our products with several amazing warranties to keep you worry free. We provide a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty and a 5-Year structural Warranty.

LA Couch Co. provides a Limited Warranty on our furniture, which are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. This Limited Warranty includes coverage against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. This Limited Warranty additionally includes coverage against structural frame defects for 5 years from the date of delivery, as well as a 3 year Cloudsound System warranty.

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty:
For one year from the date of purchase, we cover any defects in materials or workmanship.

5-Year Structural Warranty:
For five years from the date of purchase, we cover structural defects in the frame,hardware, wood and springs, ensuring your couch remains sturdy and reliable.

These Limited Warranties do not cover any damage due to:

  • Lack of appropriate care and maintenance
  • Misuse or improper assembly
  • Use of improper cleaning products, oils or chemicals
  • Mold or mildew
  • Vandalism, pets or rodents
  • Normal compression or flattening of cushions
  • Commercial Use
  • Exposure to heat or flame
  • Negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications

Assembly FAQ

Are any tools required to complete assembly?

No! No tools are needed at all to assemble your new cloud couch.

Can I assemble my cloud couch by myself?

Yes, most people can easily assemble our cloud couch by themselves. That's the beauty of LA Couch Co.!

How long does it take to finish assembly?

After unboxing, Assembly of your cloud couch typically takes around 15 minutes. If you include unboxing time, it takes around 45 minutes.

The process is straightforward and user-friendly, with clear instructions provided here on this page to ensure a smooth and efficient setup.

Why does the video not show how to assemble the Ottoman?

The video skips the ottoman assembly because it's so simple! All you need to do is screw in the legs, and you're done. Easy peasy!

Do the pieces connect together?

Yes! The pieces use metal lacthes so they can be easily connected together and disconnected apart so that you can move them into different configurations quickly and to keep them from moving apart while being used.

The only piece that does not attach is the Storage Ottoman, is free-roaming and can be moved around anywhere you desire.

How many boxes will I receive with my order?

The number of boxes you receive with your order depends on the number of pieces you purchase.

Each piece is packaged separately in its own box to make handling and moving the items easier.

Therefore, if you order a 3-piece set, you will receive 3 boxes; a 4-piece set will come in 4 boxes; a 5-piece set in 5 boxes; and a 6-piece set in 6 boxes.

How long will it take for my cushions and pillows to fully recover from the vacuum sealed packaging?

One of the reasons we are able to offer our cloud couch at such an affordable price point is our sustainably engineered vacuum sealed shipping experience.

Pillows and cushions are compressed for transit. Like a compressed mattress, our inserts need time to expand.

No need to worry though, you can start using your couch immediately! They will immediately recover to 80% of their potential and wrinkling will be minimal.

You can expect the final 20% to be reached after 72 hours.

Steaming your fabrics will help you achieve that crisp showroom look. although not necessary, we recommend doing a gentle steaming of the covers once assembly is completed to make sure that all covers are 100% wrinkle-free.

Use a medium to strong steamer to ensure sufficient steam is put on. We also recommend steaming after every time you wash your covers for a smooth finish.

I'm having trouble assembling the corner piece, what am I doing wrong?

No need to worry, it's an easy fix! To ensure the assembly of the corner piece goes smoothly, make sure when you are attaching the last armrest of the corner piece, to slide on the outer bracket first, followed by the inner bracket closest to the inside corner.

Be careful not to attempt to slide on both brackets at the same time, as this can sometimes make it difficult to attach.

What is Shop Pay?

ShopPay is a great alternative to credit cards when it comes to finance options and it works well with online purchases.

Choosing Shop Pay means that you can receive your purchase right away but you won’t have to pay for it in its entirety upfront. Instead, you can pay for your purchase in monthly installments.

What is required to qualify?

You'll need to provide your name, email, mobile phone number, birthday, and last four digits of your social. Next you will need to confirm your identity through an authorization code sent to your mobile phone.

Within seconds you will be notified of your loan details and you can choose the number of months you wish to pay off your loan and also the minimum payment required each month.

Does Shop Pay do a credit check?

Yes, but it will not affect your credit score. Affirm performs a ‘soft’ credit check to help verify your identity and determine eligibility for financing.

This ‘soft’ credit check will not affect your credit score.
